ROBBINSVILLE, NJ - The Spotswood High School boys varsity basketball season came to an end on Tuesday with the Chargers 64-39 first round loss to Robbinsville High School in the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group Two Sectional Tournament. Ryan Smith led the Ravens with 22 points. Keith Motusesky downed 14 while Brian Tierney and Brian Herbert both netted 13 for the fourth seeded Ravens. Robbinsville moves on in the tournament quarterfinals to face fifth seeded Bordentown High School. Bordentown defeated South Plainfield High School in their first round matchup.

James Clarke had 14 points for Spotswood who was down 37-18 at the halftime break. Spotswood was the 13th seed in the sectional tournament. George Guyette scored nine points while Kyle Davey added eight. Darius Harrison chipped in seven. The Chargers conclude the 2019-20 season with a 12-15 overall record.
