SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Senior Andrew Bishara earned his second shutout in a row as the Spotswood High School boys varsity soccer team defeated Metuchen High School 2-0 on Thursday. Bishara made 10 saves in the victory. Yanni Hatzistefanis and Chris Moran netted the goals for the Chargers while Liam Barlow added an assist. Spotswood's third straight win improves Spotswood's overall season record to 3-1. The Chargers take on South River High School Saturday morning at the Spotswood High School Varsity Soccer Field. The Spotswood/South River rivalry is a huge one with the annual Chargers/Rams' game always drawing a big crowd. Game time is 10 a.m.
