EDISON, NJ - The Spotswood High School girls varsity basketball team lost 46-27 to JP Stevens High School on Saturday. JP Stevens had three players net 15 in the game including a double-double by Megan Duffy. Duffy netted 15 points and had 13 rebounds. Karly Wittenbauer and McKayla Duffy also score 15 for JP Stevens. Spotswood went into the halftime break down by 10 and only put up six points in the final quarter.

Jessica Addesso and Allison Clarke both scored nine points for the Chargers. Julia Masucci, Giana Oelkers, Gianna Perez and Maddie Hellerich all chipped in two points for Spotswood. The Chargers overall record dropped to 11-10 with the loss. Spotswood is back at it on Monday when the team travels down Route One to take on Princeton High School at 6 p.m. Princeton won last year's matchup between the two teams. The Little Tigers have an overall record of 4-14 this season.
