MIDDLESEX, NJ - The Spotswood High School girls varsity soccer team continue to roll with a 3-0 victory over Middlesex High School on Wednesday. Spotswood is undefeated in the team's first four games of the 2019 season and has not allowed a goal. Chargers' goalkeeper Julia Masucci has four straight shutouts, making seven saves against the Blue Jays.

Spotswood is one of three remaining teams in the Greater Middlesex Conference who have not lost. Colonia High School is 2-0-1 and South River High School is 4-0. Spotswood does not not face South River or Colonia in the regular season this year.

Mandee Mendez led Spotswood's offense with one goal and two assists. Kirti Craig and Stephanie Yarnall added goals for the Chargers. Kaylee Leonard also had an assist in the victory. Aanaliyah Hernandez made four saves for Middlesex.

Spotswood hosts St. Thomas Aquinas High School on Friday, September 13 at the Spotswood High School Varsity Soccer Field. Game time is at 4 p.m.
