Allison Ray Zolnowsky of Montclair named to the University of Rhode Island Dean's List

KINGSTON, RI - Allison Ray Zolnowsky of Montclair, NJ, was named to the spring 2014 Dean's List at the University of Rhode Island.

The University of Rhode Island has announced that Zolnowsky was among more than 4,000 undergraduates who have qualified for the Spring 2014 Dean's List. The students represent all of Rhode Island's cities and towns, all six New England states, New York and New Jersey, many other states and more than a dozen countries with more than half of the students being Rhode Islanders.  

Zolnowsky, who is currently enrolled in the Marine Affairs Program at the university, met the criteria to be included on the Dean's List by completing 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average.

The University of Rhode Island's pioneering research extends the University's influence well beyond its coastal borders, while its unique interdisciplinary courses provide its 16,637 undergraduate and graduate students with global opportunities in an intimate environment. In May 2014, more than 3,000 undergraduate and about 680 graduate degrees were awarded. The University now has more than 115,000 alumni worldwide.
