Bedminster Local is State Finalist in the National American Miss New Jersey Princess Pageant


BEDMINSTER, NJ - Miss Ivanka Panasik, age 6, has been chosen as a State Finalist in the National American Miss New Jersey Princess Pageant to be held August 11 to 12 at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick. The pageant is held for girls ages four through 18 in five different age divisions.

The newly crowned Miss New Jersey Princess will receive a $1,000 cash award, the official crown and banner, a bouquet of roses, and air transportation to compete in the national pageant at Disneyland® in California. She will also tour Hollywood. She has the chance to represent the great state of New Jersey for the entire year.

Contestants will compete in four overall categories including Formal Wear Modeling, Personal Introduction, Interview, and Community Service Project.  National American Miss also offers optional contests such as the Top Model Search, Talent, Actress, and so much more!

The National American Miss Pageant system is the largest in the nation. The focus of this organization is to create future leaders and to equip them with real-world skills to make their dream a reality.  The program is based on inner beauty, as well as poise and presentation, and offers an “All-
American spirit of fun for family and friends.” Emphasis is placed on the importance of gaining self-confidence and learning new skills, such as good attitudes about competition, as well as setting and achieving personal goals.

Miss Panasik’s activities include gymnastics and soccer. She also enjoys learning about her Polish and Ukrainian heritage; therefore, she speaks both languages fluently. Miss Panasik is sponsored by Marek’s Remodeling & Construction, LLC, in Bedminster.
