MONTCLAIR, NJ - Attendees at Fourth Ward Councilor Dr. Renee Baskerville's community meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 7:00 p.m. will have an opportunity to meet theTownship's incoming Deputy Manager, Brian Scantlebury. Scantlebury, who served on Township Council from 1992 to 1996, grew up in Montclair and has served -- and currently serves -- on a number of townshipboards and has extensive experience working for local and state governments. The meeting will be located at Fire Department Headquarters, 1 Pine Street, Montclair. 

Montclair Sustainability Officer Gray Russell will also be present to talk about some developments for the Township's two farmers' markets which will now accept SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) cards, WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) vouchers, and Senior FMNP (Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program) vouchers. In addition, the markets will give all SNAP, WIC, and Senior FMNP participants "double value" for their vouchers and SNAP cards.

A discussion about sustaining family-centered development, parking needs and enforcement, Wallwood Gardens enhancements and other topics will also take place.
