Essex County "Meet the Mayors" Breakfast Announced for April 1

West Caldwell, N.J. - Six local Chambers of Commerce, including Millburn-Short Hills, North Essex, West Orange, Maplewood, South Orange, and Livingston, are joining the League of Women Voters (LWV) of the Montclair area to host the 7th annual “Meet the Mayors” Breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1 at Green Brook Country Club, 100 Green Brook Road in North Caldwell.
 
This is a change of location from previous “Meet the Mayors” Breakfasts.
 
Mayors from all 22 communities within Essex County, Little Falls and Clifton have been invited to attend. Business owners, employees, and residents are invited to network with state and local officials and Chamber members.

Important topics for municipalities and small businesses will be addressed by this year’s panel. Panelists include Joseph DiVencenzo, County of Essex Executive, Cheryl Burstein, Mayor of Millburn Township, Ras Baraka, Mayor of Newark, Joseph Tempesta, Mayor of West Caldwell and Michael Venezia, Mayor of Bloomfield.
 
Exclusive event sponsors include Rand Feuer & Klein Insurance, RWJBarnabas Health, BCB Community Bank, ACIEM Studios, PSE&G, Budd Larner and Smolin Lupin.

Meet the Mayors is one of the events planned by the Inter-Chamber Coordinating Council of Essex County.  The Council, comprised of leadership from six area Chambers (Livingston, Maplewood, Millburn-Short Hills, North Essex, South Orange & West Orange) acts as a sounding board and communications forum for its constituent members as a means to better coordinate joint programs
 
Early registration is strongly suggested as seating is limited.
