Free Fitness Day with HackensackUMC Mountainside, April 22

MONTCLAIR, NJ - As spring approaches, many people take the opportunity to recommit themselves to a healthy lifestyle. HackensackUMC Mountainside will be hosting a Spring Into Fitness event on Saturday, April 22.

Registration begins at 8:30a.m. with the program will beginning at 9a.m. at The Salvation Army, located at 13 Trinity Place, Montclair.

Organizers will host a four-hour fitness program that explores various methods of exercise for free.

The public is invited to join team members from HUMC Mountainside's Physical Therapy Department and a variety of local physical trainers and fitness instructors for a day of interactive workshops tailored to help guests find the workout that best suits you.
