MONTCLAIR, NJ - Executive Director at HOMECorp, Beverly Riddick, has announced that she will step down from her position to pursue another opportunity with a new national non-profit.
The HOMECorp Board of Trustees have announced that they will name an Interim Executive Director shortly.
Riddick has led HOMECorp since 1996 when the non-profit organization was a two person office with a $90,000 per year budget. Under Ms. Riddick's leadership, HOMECorp has renovated over 100 properties and has provided financial literacy counseling for over 7,000 families in Montclair. HOMECorp now has an operating budget of over $900,000 a year. Ms. Riddick also played a critical role in the development of “Talbot Village” a community of new affordable town homes, as well as the expansion of the financial literacy program at HOMECorp which reaches families in Montclair and beyond.

We will continue to provide our high level of service to our tenants, to our potential home buyers, and to our counseling clientele as we work through this transition period” states HOMECorp’s Board President David Grill.
HOMECorp’s mission is to develop permanent, affordable housing in Montclair.
