MONTCLAIR, NJ - As part of the continuation of the 2017 Interfaith and Ecumenical Series of Sacred Studies: Race, Justice and Liberation, a discussion will take place on Wednesday, February 22, entitled, "Toward An Understanding of the Black Lives Matter Movement."  

Hosted by Union Baptist Church of Montclair, the discussion will be facilitated by Rev. Dr. C. Vernon Mason, Visiting Professor of Urban Ministry, African-American History and New York Theological Seminary.

Prayer service is set to begin at 7pm, followed by bible study at 7:30pm located at 12 Midland Avenue in Montclair.
