The Lacrosse Club of Montclair announces two new programs for Kindergarten to 8th-grade boys.

Join us at Fortunato Field this Saturday, March 10th from 4-5pm (weather permitting) for our annual “Rookie Day” to learn more about the fastest game on two feet.  Boys youth lacrosse is an excellent sport, and we are happy to introduce your son to the sport.

Also, registration for our Spring 2018 Boys Youth League is now open.  This program is open to any resident grades Kindergarten to 8th, and we welcome new players.  Our instructional and games are geared to teach and advance each player.

The 4th-8th Program is designed to develop further (or with newer players, begin to develop) the skill sets needed for competitive play. The 4th-8th curriculum will see increases in the number of practices, practice locations, and the incorporation of NJJLL sanctioned and officiated “travel” games. Competitive games will be played vs. other programs in northern Essex County and Bergen County (an NJJLL sub-division called the Colonial League).  All teams will have three practices per week.

The goal of our K-3 program is to develop fundamental skills, a sense of game concepts, and most importantly, a love of the game.  We seek a high coach-to-player ratio, so kids get focused individual attention.

Please visit www.MontclairLacrosse.com for more information and to register today.  Please contact us at MontclairLaxRegistrar@gmail.com with any questions.
