Montclair Businesses Seek Votes Before Oct. 3 to Win Grant


Update: Since the original publishing of the article, several businesses have been added.

MONTCLAIR, NJ - Several Montclair businesses have applied for grants through the Chase Mission Main Street Grants Competition. In order to be eligible to advance to the next level and one step closer to receiving a $150,000 grant, the business owners need 250 votes before Oct. 3.

Criteria for eligibility is that the business must have less than 100 employees, owner must be a U.S. resident and the business must have been in operation for two consecutive years.

Twenty grant recipients will be chosen to receive a grant for $150,000 from Chase, a Google Chrome laptop, an all-expense paid trip to visit Google headquarters in California for training and other incentives.
