Volunteers Wanted to Help With New Brunswick Auditions

Auditions for The Montclair Orchestra are taking place the week of March 6th. While the majority of auditions take place in Montclair, a certain number will take place at the Mason Gross School for the Arts at Rutgers in New Brunswick. We are looking for a couple of volunteers to assist on the evening of Wednesday, March 8th, between 5:30pm to 8:30pm, and also 8:30pm to 10:30pm. Duties will including checking in auditionees, handing out paperwork, and directing auditionees to appropriate rooms.

If you or someone you know may be interested in volunteering at some point that evening, please contact us directly. Volunteers will receive a complimentary pair of tickets to a concert in the upcoming season.
