Montclair, NJ, August 21, 2017 -- The township of Montclair is partnering with Hackensack Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center in observance of National Immunization Awareness month to bring an information seminar presented by Everett Schlam, M.D., director of Mountainside Family Practice Group, on Tuesday, August 29 at the Municipal Council Chambers in Montclair at 6 p.m.
Dr. Schlam is a graduate of the Rutgers Medical School. He completed an immunization fellowship that was sponsored by the American Academy of Family Physicians and served on a subcommittee on adolescent immunization. Dr. Schlam sees patients at Mountainside Family Practice Group in Verona located at 799 Bloomfield Avenue.
Presented in association with the Montclair Department of Health and Human Services, this free presentation will highlight the importance of immunizations for people of all ages. The program will be followed by a 15 minute Q & A session and complimentary materials for the public will be available.
