MONTCLAIR, NJ - The following blotter was compiled and released by the Montclair Police Department on May 22, 2018:

Arrest:
05-15-2018 (Orange Road) Mr. Danny Josama, 42yoa from West Orange, was arrested and charged with
DWI.
05-21-2018 (Wellmont Theater) Mr. Marcelo Dasilva, 40yoa from Montclair, was arrested and charged
with Burglary and Criminal Mischief for entering the Wellmont Theater after hours. It is not yet
determined if anything was taken in this incident.

Burglary/Theft:
05-15-2018 (Pine Street) Theft of a wallet from an unlocked motor vehicle.
05-16-2018 (Elm Street) Theft of a wallet and a backpack from an unlocked motor vehicle.
05-17-2018 (Forest Street) Theft of a laptop from an unlocked motor vehicle.
05-18-2018 (Llewellyn Road) Theft of sunglasses from an unlocked motor vehicle.
05-19-2018 (Essex Avenue) Theft of a 2014 BMW X5 from a residential driveway.

Miscellaneous:
05-15-2018 (Claremont Avenue) A white male suspect operating a pick-up truck with a flat trailer
dumped three bags of construction debris on the side of the street in front of a residence.
05-18-2018 (Willowdale Avenue) Vandalism to parked motor vehicle. The rear windshield was smashed
out by an unknown object.
05-18-2018 (Orange Road) Two parking meters appeared to have been struck by a vehicle causing
damage to both.
05-20-2018 (Glenridge Avenue) Vandalism to parked motor vehicle. The rear windshield was smashed
out by an unknown object.
