Montclair Residents Greet New Police Chief and Deputies at Local Coffee Shop

MONTCLAIR, NJ - Montclair residents got a chance to mingle with Montclair's top cops over a cup of coffee on May 23.

Acting Police Chief Todd Conforti and Acting Deputy Chiefs Tracy Frazzano and Wil Young were on hand greeting residents at local coffee shop Java Love.

Chief Conforti, Deputy Chiefs Frazzano and Young, received many congratulatory salutations as they met and spoke with those in attendance.

The chiefs were accompanied by several officers during the event, the officers represented various bureaus of the department (Community Service Unit, Traffic Bureau, Patrol, and administrative/support staff). Several passersby engaged in conversation with officers present.

The Community Service Unit provided safety information, coloring books, badges etc. there was something for all, while the Montclair Public Library also joined in with their mobile book cart.
