Montclair Township Has Updated the Unified Land Use and Circulation Plan for Public Reveiw

MONTCLAIR, NJ - The Township of Montclair has updated and posted a draft of the Unified Land Use and Circulation Element of the Master Plan for public review. Residents can go to the Department of Planning and Zoning, 205 Claremont Avenue on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Plan is also available to view and download from the Township website at the following link.

The updated draft includes revisions to the Plan as directed by the Planning Board during the public hearing at meetings on May 19, 2014, June 23, 2014, September 22, 2014, October 27, 2014, December 8, 2014 and March 9, 2015.

The public hearing on the Plan has been continued to Monday, May 4, 2015. The hearing will be in the Council Chambers at 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, NJ and will start at 7:30 p.m. Any questions or comments concerning the plan should be submitted to Janice Talley, Director of Planning and Community Development, by April 30.
