Montclair Township Officials: Public Hearing to Amend Master Plan, Mar. 27

MONTCLAIR, NJ - Montclair Township officials have announced a public hearing to take place on March 27 to amend the Master Plan. Details are as follows: 

The Montclair Planning Board will hold a public hearing to amend the Land Use and Circulation Element of the Master Plan on Monday, March 27, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Montclair Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, New Jersey.  The proposed amendment is to change the land use classifications for properties in the general vicinity of the Bloomfield Avenue corridor to better reflect existing conditions.

Opportunity will be given to all those interested to be heard and the Board may take action.  The Master Plan Amendment can be downloaded (see below) and is available for inspection at the Township Clerk’s Office and the Department of Planning & Community Development, 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, New Jersey, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
