Montclair YMCA Hosts 10K Training Classes

MONTCLAIR, NJ - 10 Weeks to a 10K Training sessions are motivating new runners and experienced runners alike at the YMCA of Montclair.

YMCA member or not, training for the 10K Montclair Run on June 7th may be just what you need to help you get to the finish line, meet some new running buddies and get motivated to be fit and active. This is a program for all levels of runners and run/walkers.

With help from motivational coaches and teammates, we can work together to conquer 6.2 miles!

Time: MONDAY 645pm, WEDNESDAY 945am, SATURDAY 830am Fee: YMCA members $55, Non-members $65

(includes entry to the Montclair Run 10K on June 7th) Location: YMCA of Montclair 25 Park Street, Montclair

All runs leave from the YMCA unless instructed otherwise
