Dear YMCA Community,

We hope you and your family continue to stay safe during this difficult time.

During our closure, the YMCA has worked hard to meet the needs of our community. We are providing emergency childcare, distributing PPE to first responders, hosting blood drives, and now we are proud to be partnering with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and Seashore Fruit and Produce, Inc. to help distribute food boxes to our community.

We are reaching out today to ask if you or someone you know would benefit from this resource. This week we will be distributing 150 boxes of fresh fruit and vegetables. There is no sign-up. There will be one box per household, provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that for this drive we will only be providing produce, but we hope to include shelf-stable groceries in the coming weeks. The YMCA will hold food drives every Friday morning for the month of June.
