WEST ORANGE, NJ — The North Essex Chamber of Commerce’s (NECC) 19th annual Taste of Essex is fast approaching on Monday, April 8 at The Manor in West Orange. As the event is expected to attract more than 300 people, the NECC is currently encouraging local food and drink vendors participate.
“Getting exposure for your organization is easy when you sign up as a sponsor for The Taste,” the NECC states. “[The event] promises to be better than ever with dozens of participating food and drink vendors, entertainment, a 50-50 drawing, door prizes, and awards for best savory, sweet and beverage categories… There is no other single location that gives you this type of exposure.”
The Taste of Essex enables participating restaurants, food vendors or beverage suppliers to showcase their offerings to hundreds of people. The sooner that businesses sign-up as sponsors, the sooner they will be included in Taste of Essex promotions.
For attendees, Taste of Essex is a chance to sample outstanding food and drink from a variety of restaurants across Essex County.
The cuisine at the Taste of Essex will include a variety of dishes including Mexican, Italian, Asian, Brazilian, Greek, American, Irish pub food and lots more. Awards will be presented for the best savory and sweet cuisine and for best beverage.
“The Taste of Essex is a valuable opportunity for sponsors, restaurants and other vendors,” said Michael Daniels, NECC president. “We hope that Essex County-area businesses will participate and take advantage of this outstanding event.”
This year, the NECC will welcome Clara Maass Medical Center as the Virginia Room sponsor. For more details about sponsorships, visit www.tasteofessexnj.com.
