MONTCLAIR, NJ - The Montclair Public Library will host “Dr. Elisabeth Rosenthal in Conversation with Dr. Richard Besser” to discuss Healthcare In America and host a book launch for An American Sickness: How Healthcare Became Big Business and How You Can Take It Back.
Editor-in-Chief of Kaiser Health News and Award-winning former New York Times reporter Dr. Elisabeth Rosenthal launches her new book An American Sickness: How Healthcare Became Big Business and How You Can Take It Back. She reveals the dangerous, expensive, and dysfunctional American healthcare system, and tells us exactly what we can do to solve its myriad problems. She will be in conversation about current American healthcare realities with Dr. Richard Besser, President and CEO of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and formerly ABC News’ Chief Health and Medical editor, and the acting director of the American Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC.)
Following the discussion, the authors will sign their books which will be available for purchase from Watchung Booksellers.
