The Montclair Police Department advises motorists to avoid Valley Road from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. this week due to construction. Construction has closed Valley Road southbound between Bloomfield Avenue and Church Street. Please use Orange Road or South Park Street as an alternate route.
