S.O.F.I.A. to Host Free Health and Wellness Event, July 10

MONTCLAIR, NJ - Montclair-based non-profit organization, Start Out Fresh Intervention Advocates (S.O.F.I.A.) will host an evening of health, fitness, and beauty on July 10.

Nicole Jones, founder of Organher, will share information on natural hair care, healthy eating and fitness. Jones will facilitate empowerment activities for the attendees. The free event will include give-a-ways and raffles. Attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite workout clothes.
