MONTCLAIR, NJ - The Sports Business Academy, a dynamic three-day program for high school and college students seeking a career in sports, will take place August 7-9, 2017 at Montclair State University’s School of Communication and Media.

Presented by Lunar Sports Group, the annual SBA educates, inspires and empowers young people in their pursuits of a job in sports through special presentations, assignments and networking opportunities with highly successful sports professionals.

Students learn about the multi-billion dollar sports industry, where opportunities exist, and the best practices in landing a job and career ascension. They gain a practical knowledge of professional and collegiate sports, the impact of media, sponsorship, marketing, player representation, facility management – as well as a greater understanding by examining the main issues in today’s sports world.
