YMCA OF MONTCLAIR PARK STREET BRANCH ANNOUNCES WINTER PROGRAMS

The YMCA of Montclair Winter Session begins January 2, 2018. Registration is open now.

Whether you want to try a new exercise class, learn to swim with confidence or work with a personal trainer, the YMCA of Montclair's Park Street Branch winter session offers fresh opportunities for you and your family to improve your health and wellness.

So, kick your fitness into gear and check out the Y's great, new winter session classes, including an Adult Swim Clinic for intermediate and above level swimmers, Kettle Row Fusion and TRX Ripped Training Classes for adults, NHL Floor Hockey for kids ages 6-8, YSports (learn the fundamentals of basketball, volleyball and racquetball) for kids ages 9-12, a Sensory Inclusion Group for kids ages 7-10, and much more! In addition, new sessions are starting soon of the Y's Lose to Win weight loss challenge, Diabetes Exercise Program, One Step for those diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and LIVESTRONG at the YMCA for cancer survivors.
