Outstanding European Women Artists, 17th-19th Centuries

Less well known than their male colleagues, many gifted European female artists have in recent years received long-overdue attention. Among those selected for discussion in this class are Artemisia Gentileschi, Judith Leyster, Elizabeth Vigée-Lebrun, Berthe Morisot, and Käthe Kollwitz. Attention will be paid to the issues that they had to face in their roles as both professional artists and women.

TRENTON, NJ — State and county parks are closing to help contain the spread of coronavirus, under one of a handful of executive orders the governor signed Tuesday.

State Tax Deadline Extended; Moved to July 15 Amid Coronavirus Crisis

NORTH JERSEY -- Governor Murphy announced that the state tax filing deadline will be extended from April 15 to July 15. Additionally, he said, that the state fiscal year will be extended to September 30.
