MONTCLAIR, NJ - Young musicians who are staying home due to COVID-19 school closures are still able to maintain their music studies with one-on-one remote lessons from School of Rock Montclair.
The lessons - which are taught live and in real time by the School’s pro faculty - are available for vocalists, guitarists, bassists, drummers, and keyboardists.
“Parents are thrilled that their kids can look forward to music lessons at the end of the day via video conferencing with our staff,” says Kevin March, General Manager at School of Rock Montclair. “Not only can the students continue developing their skills, they can also maintain their social connections with their music teachers.”
School of Rock Montclair’s remote music lessons are enhanced by its proprietary Method App, which is a home practice tool that students can download to their electronic devices. The Method App is used by School of Rock Montclair’s faculty to assign exercises and provide feedback and comments. Students can also use the Method App to manipulate playback, tempo, and backing tracks of over 1,000 popular rock, pop, soul, reggae, and metal songs.
Free 45 minute trials are available for School of Rock Montclair’s one-on-one remote lessons. The lessons are open to elementary school, middle school, and high school students as well as adults. For more information or to sign up, contact Kevin March at firstname.lastname@example.org.
