Thefts
July 1, 2020 (Willowdale Avenue): The complainant reports that the owner’s manual to her
vehicle, a pair of gloves, a first aid kit, and $1 in change was stolen from her vehicle.

July 2, 2020 (Maple Avenue): A juvenile reports that his bicycle and cell phone were stolen.

July 6, 2020 (Valley Road): An employee reports finding “MKA HAR BORS RACICSM” [sic] spray
painted on a building at the Montclair Kimberly Academy Middle School.

July 6, 2020 (Glenridge Avenue): The complainant reports that his motor vehicle was stolen
from a private lot.

Vandalism
July 1, 2020 (Bellevue Avenue): While on patrol, police located a defaced municipal parking
sign, with “ACAB” and “Boot lickers too” written on the rear of the sign black ink.

July 3, 2020 (Union Street): the complainant reports that the tires to a motor vehicle were
slashed.

July 5, 2020 (Pleasant Way): The complainant reports that a free book bin located on the lawn of
her residence. It appears that they damage may have been caused by a lit firecracker being placed
in the bin.
