Site Plan for Seton Hall-Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine approved by Nutley Planning Board

NUTLEY, NJ - The Nutley Planning Board unanimously approved the preliminary site plan resolution for Seton Hall-Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine at the On3 redevelopment project on the former Hoffman-La Roche campus. The plan calls for 465 permanent parking spaces, 55 on-site on-street spaces, with 196 temporary spaces in Nutley.

Montclair Inn Receives $100,000 Grant for Renovation Project

MONTCLAIR, NJ - The Montclair Inn is the recipient of a $100,000 grant from Partners for Health Foundation for their Bathroom Renovation Project, officials announced on Friday.

In an effort to upgrade the building which is located at 27 Hillside Avenue, the non-profit is renovating three of the eight bathrooms that are shared by 19 residents at the Inn.
