MONTVILLE, NJ - Over the holidays, Montville's Cub Scout Pack 66 visited the New Jersey Firemen's Home in Boonton for their annual holiday celebration.

The Scouts brought fun and entertainment to the home as they played Bingo with the retired firemen and sang carols. The Scouts also took the opportunity to spend time with the firemen to thank them for their years of brave service and to visit the Firefighters Museum.

"Everyone enjoys this day so much," Cubmaster David McKillips said. "It's great to see our Scouts putting smiles on the faces of all the firemen."

The New Jersey Firemen's Home was established in 1898 to care for the aged, indigent and disabled firefighters of New Jersey. The Home also includes the New Jersey Firefighters Museum which contains many pieces of antique firefighting equipment.
