The Morris County Chamber of Commerce will host a Women in Business networking luncheon about how to be a successful leader in business Friday, Sept. 25, 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Westin Governor Morris at 2 Whippany Road in Morristown. "Insider Secrets of Successful Leaders" will feature four local successful business leaders in a panel discussion format.
Attendees can expect to learn how to maintain the level of vitality and passion to be the most successful leader they can be and will receive a handout for insider secrets that will help them succeed in both their personal and professional lives.
Attendees will learn:
How a good leader adapts to a crisis.
How a leader can motivate their team members.
What mindfulness is and why it matters for future business leaders.
Strategies to maintain a successful career path.
Changes one can make in their lifestyle to maintain high vitality.

The panel will comprise Debi Silber, coach, author and president of Lifestyle Fitness; Heather Clarke-Peckerman, CEO of Stratengy, a leadership consultancy; and Cindy North, marketing executive at Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals. Lisa Carver, managing director at The Execu/Search Group, will serve as moderator.
