MORRIS COUNTY, NJ - According to the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Director Jeffrey Paul, Morris County OEM participated in a briefing earlier this morning with their weather team and Morris County remains in the clear with respect to Hermine.
"The storm continues to drift to the east/ northeast. A turn back to the north is still possible later today or Monday, but we don't think it will be enough to really impact our weather," Paul said.
The report indicated today will be dry with a northeast wind of 10-15 mph. Morris County may experience a few showers on Monday (no heavy rain expected) and winds of 15-25 mph but the OEM feels that Morris County is in the clear with respect to having any negative weather impacts at this time.
