MONTVILLE, NJ – Montville Township administration and the township committee have provided four means of contacting Altice, the township’s cable and internet provider, which bypass the normal customer service line, according to Committee Member Matt Kayne.

If you are having issues or difficulties with respect to cable or internet service, there are four ways to report the issue. Contacting Optimum via any of these channels will result in a ticket being created that will direct a repair team to assess and address the issue:

  1. Message Optimum at optimum.net/chat
  2. Send Tweet to @Optimumhelp
  3. Visit optimum.net/support/outage
  4. Call 1-866-950-3278
