MONTVILLE, NJ – In keeping with the governor’s controlled re-opening of New Jersey, Montville Township’s Municipal Building will open for public access starting Monday, July 13, 2020. The public will be required to follow the COVID-19 health and safety standards which include social distancing, use of face coverings over the nose and mouth, washing hands frequently, and practicing good respiratory etiquette.
Starting Monday, July 13, 2020, the Municipal Building will be open the following days and times for public access, which shall be limited to three members of the public at any given time until further notice:
Mondays from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Tuesdays from 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Thursdays from 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Fridays – the building will be closed to the public
**PLEASE NOTE: All members of the public entering the Municipal Building shall be required to have their temperature checked and answer a few questions.
We strongly encourage all residents to continue to conduct as much business as possible through online, phone, mail, use of drop boxes in parking lot and in front of Town Hall. However, if a member of the public has to visit the Municipal Building, we strongly recommend making an appointment in advance instead of spontaneously arriving.
