Montville Township Municipal Building

At this time, the Municipal Building will remain open, because it is vital to the operations of our community during this pandemic event. However, in an effort to limit potential exposure to our public servants, promote social distancing, and to protect their safety and well-being as much as humanly possible, we would kindly ask our residents and the public at large to limit coming to the municipal building unless it is an urgent matter. We would strongly recommend taking care of your business with Montville Township using email, telephone, through the website, or using the yellow mailbox located in the municipal parking lot. This request shall remain in effect until further notice, and remember, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Administration said the decisions had been made upon the direction of the Montville Township Office of Emergency Management Coordinator in conjunction with the Montville Township Health Department, to promote social distancing and for the safety and well-being of residents in relation to the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
