BOONTON, NJ - On June 15, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp, Acting Chief of Investigations Christoph Kimker and Chief David Mayhood of the Town of Boonton Police Department announced the arrest of 52-year-old Andrew Jennings of Boonton, NJ.
According to the press release, Jennings allegedly provided alcohol and marijuana to a child between November 2019 and January 2020. While the child was under the influence, Jennings engaged in sexual conversations with the purpose to seduce the child, and on at least one occasion, Jennings is alleged to have touched the intimate parts of the child, Knapp said.
Jennings has been charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two counts of Criminal Sexual Contact, the press release said.
