MONTVILLE, NJ - Both the Montville boys and girls basketball teams were victorious in their respective games on Tuesday, with the boys claiming a 57-52 win over Parsippany Hills, while the girls remained undefeated with a 45-30 win over Mendham.
The victory for the girls improved its record to 15-0, and they were led by Bella Vito's 14-point, seven-rebound performance. Emma Wax added 12 points, while Dani Vito tallied 11 points and eight rebounds in the win.
On the boys side, junior Anthony Ferrare had a big-time performance, as he tallied a game-high of 31 points- 13 of which came off free throws. Michael Sesko chipped in with 16 points and seven rebounds, as the boys improved to 10-5 on the season.
On Thursday, the boys will host West Morris at 7 p.m., while the girls will travel to Chatham for a 7 p.m. tip.
