MORRISTOWN, NJ - If you are looking for fresh corn, fruit, vegetables, milk, cheese, eggs, bread, meat, fish and more, check out the Morris Plains Farmer's Market or the Urban Farm Stand.
The Morris Plains Market is open today, Saturday July 11. The market runs every Saturday through October 10. The market is set up on Merchant's Block (next to the Model Railroad Club Building) from 9am - 1pm. Shoppers will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing. There will be no samples or tastings and pets are not allowed this year. Vendors attending include; Paolo's Kitchen, Ort Farms, Hoboken Farms, Pickles& Olives and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
The Urban Farm Stand is open today from 10am - 2pm. The stand will be stocked with fresh vegetables including beets, cucumbers, zucchini, garlic, scallions, salad turnips, radishes and more.
The Urban Farm doubles the value of SNAP purchases for all produce.
