Voters are asking if they can vote in-person at a polling location. Voters can bring their ballot to the polling place or they can fill out a provisional ballot. If you have a disability that prevents you from voting on a paper ballot, you will have access to an accessible voting device.

What is a provisional ballot?

According to the NJ.Gov website,  the November 3rd General Election all voters, except those with a disability, are required to vote using a paper provisional ballot. If, after the election, it is determined that the voter who cast the provisional ballot was eligible to vote, the ballot will be counted.

If your ballot is damaged, was misplaced or you have not received your ballot, contact the Morris County Clerks office by emailing countyclerk@co.morris.nj.us. Include your full name, date of birth, address and phone number.
