MORRISTOWN, NJ - There will be plenty of fun for the kids in Morristown this holiday.

1. Free Movie Night with a showing of Jurassic World; Morris Township Recreation will conclude their free family movie nights with a free showing of Jurassic World on Saturday October 29. The movie will begin at approximately 6:30. Enjoy Hot Chocolate service on a chilly and spooky October eve.  Following the movie the Morris Township Fire Department will warm us up with a community bonfire at Ginty Field.  Bring the whole family, blankets, lawn chairs, and snacks to enjoy this free Big Screen outdoor movie.  

2. Head to the Morristown High School Gymnasium on Sunday October 30. Dress in your holiday best and participate in Morristown's 74th Annual Halloween Parade which begins at 1pm. Prizes will be awarded for the scariest, best looking and most original costumes.

3. Bring your carved pumpkin to the 7th Annual Pumpkin Illumination. Its an evening of fun for all ages. From 5pm - 7pm enjoy live jazz, an art workshop, luminary parade and the lighting of the pumpkins!

4. Trick or Treat in Downtown Morristown on Monday October 31. Businesses along South Street and the Green will had out candy and treats to kids from 3pm - 5pm. Stores will display pumpkins in their windows if they are participating. 

5. Trick or Treat Down Speedwell Avenue on Monday October 31. Businesses along Speedwell Avenue will hand out candy and treats to kids from 3pm - 5pm.
