MADISON, NJ - Healthy Italia one of Madison's newest large scale food ventures has just added another reason to come to the borough's downtown, birthday parties.

Since opening in March of 2016, Healthy Italia has continued to add new imported product lines to their retail space as well as open the much anticipated cooking school in June. Now as fall arrives, they are ready to book your child's next birthday party.

"Everybody knows that the ingredient to a great party is the food; and what kind of food can you expect at Healthy Italia?  The kind of food that melts in your mouth and makes you scream 'Buonissimo'," said Healthy Italia's party staff.

"Our parties encourage kids to discover the excitement that comes with good quality food. They will learn the social aspects of an Italian culinary experience, which serves as a means to unite family and friends in a common sensory experience. In fact, kids who come to our cooking parties don’t just get to eat a pasta dish, they get to know how to prepare the dough from scratch, how to shape the pasta and the best sauce to serve with it perfect for 'Pranzo con nonna’," they added.

Set in a wide open space with state of the art cooking equipment designed for adult cooking lessons, the party staff got first hand experience working and cooking with children all summer in their sold out weekly cooking camps.

"We have been doing birthday parties and working with children here at the cooking studio since opening but it was more word of mouth," they explained.  "With limited options for new exciting parties we feel this is an amazing experience for children to enjoy with friends on their special day."

There are three levels of "chef" parties offered at Healthy Italia, including 2-5 year old Little Chefs designed for Parent and Child, 5-7 year old Budding Chefs and Aspiring Chef parties for kids 8+.  As well, the party planning staff can design events for every age, including a grand Sweet Sixteen.

While kids are having fun with food and their friends, parents can stick around to shop for authentic Italian food products and cookware at a discounted price that translates into a fun Italian culinary experience for everyone back at home after the party ends.

Healthy Italia also provides private events for many different occasions such as showers, corporate events, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, school outings, gourmet groups, family reunions, etc.
