MORRISTOWN, NJ -  In an announcement, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp stated that there has been a modification to the bail conditions set for Andrew Pfitzenmayer. Pfitzenmayer of Peapack, was arrested at the Headquarters Plaza Complex on July 29 and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of hollow point bullets.

The new agreement requires Pfitzenmayer to "undergo a psychological evaluation at his own expense".  The psychological evalutation must be performed by a professional who is approved by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. A report will be provided to the court. All previous bail conditions will remain the same.

Superior Court Judge Stephen J. Taylor signed the consent order modifying the bail conditions.
