MORRISTOWN, NJ - Berkshire Hathaway celebrated the grand opening of their new location on Tuesday June 20. The office moved less than a mile down the road to a beautifully renovated carriage house, located at 264 South Street. The space is now home to Berkshire Hathaway's Morris County Regional Office.
The new carriage house is just what the company was looking for. Steve Janett, Chief Operating Officer told the crowd that the new space allows for improved technology and improved systems which will benefit clients and staff.
"This is a great group of people and its a great company, Berkshire Hathaway, I am a very lucky guy and I think I tell all my agents that just about every day", said Peter Poggi, manager of the Morris County Regional Office. "It's my privilege to welcome you all here to the new carriage court home of Berkshire Hathaway. Poggi thanked the ownership and leadership team, as well as all those that were involved with the acquisition and design of the new space.
"We were looking for a new spot in town and when I first walked into the building, I thought, this is it!", said Poggi. "
Berkshire Hathaway is a full-service brokerage, providing residential, commercial, new homes, luxury properties and relocation services, combined with a comprehensive menu of mortgage, title, home warranty and insurance products. Currently there are about 30 agents operating out of the Morristown office.
"It's amazing where we were at and where we are going. We are always changing, always thinking toward the future and we are going to keep going. After all the planning, the long days, the sleepless nights, I am happy to say, we are home and we have arrived", said Poggi
