MORRISTOWN, NJ - Tuesday afternoon, the receptionist at Morristown High School received an anonymous computer-generated message claiming that there was a bomb at the high school. The Morristown Police were called and conducted a visual inspection of the school. The police department determined that the phone call was not credible and there was no reason for concern.

A honeywell alert was sent out to keep parents informed of the situation. The alert stated, "the purpose of this alert is to keep you informed and to underscore our commitment to the safety and security of our students and staff".

Classes will resume tomorrow as scheduled.
