Andrew Moschella, an experienced financial executive with law firms in New Jersey and New York, has been appointed executive director at McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen & Carvelli, known as MARC.
Moschella, a resident of Flanders, started in the post at the Florham Park law firm on Nov. 1.
Most recently, he had been the controller at Mendes & Mount in New York City. Previously, he had served as chief financial officer and controller at other firms.
Before his 12 years in the legal profession, Moschella was the accounting manager at a software company that was going through an initial public offering.
In his role at MARC, he oversees all aspects of the law firm’s administration, including accounting, IT, human resources, facilities and procurement.
Moschella earned an M.A. in Corporate Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Florham Park, with an emphasis on investor relations and communication of financial data. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University, where he focused on finance.
MARC represents and advises Fortune 500 corporations, smaller companies and individuals in commercial, environmental, employment, First Amendment litigation and counseling, white-collar criminal defense and other matters. The firm, founded in 1996, also has offices in Toms River, NJ, and New York City.
