MORRISTOWN, NJ - With temperatures still hovering in the 90's, it is hard to think of cold wintry weather. But believe it or not,  winter is right around the corner. Whether you are looking forward to the cold months or are dreading it, homeowners should be prepared for the cold weather. 

The Home Energy Assistance Program is available to all Morris County Residents who need help paying for heating and/or electric bills. The program, which begins November 1, also will assist those having medical conditions that require air conditioning during the fall/summer months.

Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs (MCOHA)  has several FREE programs that may be able to assist you.
