MORRISTOWN, NJ – Homeless Solutions, Inc. hosted its 15th Annual Dream Builders’ Bash on Friday, March 6 at the Westin Governor Morris Hotel in Morristown. The 290 attendees enjoyed a lovely evening of dinner, dancing, and participating in Silent and Live Auctions, all with the purpose of raising much needed funds in support of Homeless Solutions’ Shelter Programs. Those in attendance also had the opportunity to take part in the John Herold Jewelers Jewelry Auction and the Wine Pull Raffle.
Homeless Solutions was privileged to honor TD Bank as the Bash Honoree, and the organization presented the Mary Van Kirk Volunteer Spirit Award to volunteer Abby Bauer of Long Valley. The highlight of the evening was when a Homeless Solutions guest shared her personal story of homelessness and how the Shelter and Transitional Housing Programs have been integral supports in her journey to return to independent living.
Homeless Solutions Board President Arthur Corwin of Morristown welcomed the attendees and thanked them for their generosity. “This is an outstanding organization,” he said, “and it’s thanks to your financial support and your volunteer hours that our Shelter Programs can make such a difference in helping homeless families and individuals in our community.”
The organization was also very appreciative of Bash sponsors – Anne & John Duffy, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Lynne & Jim Fleishmann, Janet & Jim Foster, Moretrench, PBF Energy, Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, PC, Quallcomm, Railroad Construction Company, TD Charitable Foundation, Avis Budget Group, Deloitte, Nisivoccia & Company, LLP, Towers Watson, John Herold Jewelers, and Art Corwin, Moretrench.
