MORRISTOWN, NJ - October 19th, Macculloch Hall presents a chance to visit seven private homes as well as the 1810 Macculloch Hall. All homes are within walking distance of the Museum.
In addition to the Federal-style elegance of Macculloch Hall, the original home of the Macculloch family, "visitors will also be able to tour private homes in the immediate area including a shingle/Queen Anne style home built originally by Judge Mahlon Pitney in 1891, an 1894 Colonial Revival home with elegantly landscaped grounds. Visitors may enjoy seeing recent building and landscape restorations which have taken place at "Good Rest" the 1891 home built for a Macculloch granddaughter and her husband that was featured on the 2012 tour."
Funds raised from the house tour support the Museum's operations, its public and educational programs as well as the preservation of Macculloch Hall and its grounds.
Tickets are available for in-person sales at Macculloch Hall on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Tickets can also be purchased from Lauren B or Suzi's in Morristown, Bristish Home Emporium in Madison and Garden Cottage or Laura Claire in Bernardsville
